Career: Boca juniors (Argentina, 2002-03), Kyung-hee University (Korea, 2004-08).

Kim is called “half Korean”. Indeed the native of Argentina – his father is Argentinean and his mother Korean – gets the Korean citizenship three years ago. He’s a phenomenal athlete who can jump out of the gym. Actually, Kim can dunk at any position in the paint. He’s the first Korean to have dunk against the Team USA, at the 2006 World Basketball Challenge. The second pick in the 2008 KBL draft use his athleticism to defend the rim and grab rebounds. He’s also showing a budding offensive game, including a smart jump-shot in the post. His versatility allows him to lineup at both forward spots and at center. He might be the most talented player on the squad. But Julian Kim – his original name – is not reputed to be an hard worker. In the off-season, he gained 15 kg than his ordinary shape.
